2003 Scholarship Application
About the scholarship:
The Tri-State Chapter will be responsible for the cost of tuition only. Transportation is not included. The recipient of this award must attend a DHI course within 12 months after the scholarship is awarded. Previous year's scholarship recipient is not eligible. This scholarship is open to individual members and corporate members (or their employees) who are in good standing with DHI National and the Tri-State Chapter.
Upon completion of your class you will be expected to provide a summation of your experience to the general membership during a regularly scheduled meeting.
Scholarship recipient must be present at the May Chapter meeting to receive the scholarship, and must be prepared for photograph to appear on Chapter website.

- List all committees and/or officer positions previously held in this Chapter or with DHI.
- Please state your reasons for applying for the scholarship.
- Briefly describe your goals for your future in the industry.
- Provide a letter of recommendation from a member of the Tri-State Chapter. Employers and co-workers of the applicant are not eligible.
