Attendance:      20 members / 25 stayed for Dinner

Location: Stockyard Restaurant / Lancaster, PA

Program: Tri - State Chapter's New Website / Toys for Tots Collection


Meeting began at 6:15, Call to order, Roll call, sign in sheet passed around, introduction of chapter officers.

Meeting Minutes from October 16, 2001 were read and approved.

Treasurer's Report: Balance on hand as of December 11, 2001 was $ 13,800.31. Chapter Budget for 8/01 - 8/02 was read.

Education: Reported by Mike Cassidy, 3-hour workshop for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint scheduled for our next meeting 3-12-02. Class will be held from 1:00 - 4:00 PM.

Presidents Report: Golf Outing to be held June 7, 2002 at Golden Oaks golf course. Chapter still has 5 education Program CD's from National available at $ 225.00. Chapter will award 2 scholarships 1 - DHI Technical School and 1 - IEC Class. These will be awarded by March 31, 2002. Chapter received complimentary education certificates (2 Management, 2 IEC), which were raffled off.

Next Meeting announced for March 12, 2002 to be held at Williamson's Restaurant in Horsham, Pa.
